Creative Designer

To join our permanent in-house web design team.

Definition of Role: We are looking for a talented creative designer to join our team.  This role requires an expertise in creative design and an ability to supervise and instruct other team members in design orientated tasks. The ability to take lead in internal and external meetings, analyse and specify project requirements and contribute to project definitions and proposals, as well as liaising directly with Clients and Account Managers on project related matters, in order to complete projects to a satisfactory level is essential.

Experience / Capability: Previous experience working in a busy design studio, with a thorough understanding of digital design.  An enthusiasm for Art and Computer technology as well as a visible talent for design and experience using standard industry design and development packages to an expert level is essential.  Knowledge of xHTML and CSS2, Flash and Actionscript would also be advantageous. 

Salary: Negotiable - commensurate with experience
