Definition of Role: We require an inspirational, experienced designer to lead a team of talented designers/developers in a busy studio environment. This role requires a full understanding of web & multimedia design and development techniques. You need to be capable of presenting ideas at internal and external meetings, liaising directly with clients on project related matters, take instruction and instruct others in order to complete project to the highest level. You should be able to digest and implement briefs from clients and, wherever possible, offer alternative solutions to add value.
