eXponentia is the concept formed by five major parts manufacturers in the automotive industry, namely Gates, TRW (Lucas), SKF, Tenneco (Monroe) and Valeo, to provide training to independent garages and further awareness of new automotive technology.

These 5 partners have combined their strengths to provide the independent aftermarket with technical know-how and support. The aim is to offer the mechanics of today a set of tools to improve their capabilities and competitive position in the market.

Following a lengthy pitching process, we were chosen out a number of european digital media agencies to develop the first of a series of e-learning courses to support  the training programme. 

The training relies on the use of an interactive ‘Virtual Workshop’ to bring reality to classroom session and has been developed for both instructor led delivery and on both CD and for delivery over the Internet via our LMS.

The success of the first course enabled us to continue as the consortiums digital media partner and preferred supplier, producing further courses and developing a number of web sites for each of the countries involved in the programme.  The web sites are both hosted by us and make full use of our content management system (CMS).

eXponentia was awarded the 'Grand Prix for Innovation' at Equip Auto 2007 held in Paris, which provides industry recognition for this unique approach to training. 

Our success has also enabled us to work individually for the consortium members, becoming the web developer and Internet Service Provider (ISP) for Tenneco Automotive Europe, as well as providing e-learning and application development to TRW Automotive.
