IKEA :

Our relationship with IKEA over the past few years has spanned many aspects of the IKEA organization, working directly with the retail group in Sweden, Inter IKEA Systems B.V. in Holland and the training departments for IKEA UK and Inter IKEA Systems B.V., with a primary focus in e-Learning, but also working on Internet and Intranet projects, provision of hosting services, as well as a number of application developments.

We have worked closely with Inter IKEA Systems B.V., as part of the IKEA Business College in Holland, to implement a new e-Learning strategy for the entire group’s franchise partners. This involved developing courseware alongside other suppliers and implementing a pilot of our Learning Management System to provide delivery and administration of both online and stand-up training.

Currently we are working on a pilot programme with IKEA UK, developing a number of e-learning courses which are delivered via our hosted Learning Management System.

We are proud to have provided a wide range of services to this uniquely run, retail giant. We have found an empathy with the IKEA culture and have adopted many aspects of the company’s ethos in our own business ideals and working practices.
