In order to take advantage of new technology in purchasing and supply chain, the Defence Logistics Organisation (DLO) initiated a vast programme of systems and process change to revolutionise the way they operate.

Working in partnership with Anite PS Consulting (formerly Lorien Consulting), we produced a series of presentations designed to demonstrate the way E-Business would work in the DLO and how it would be rolled out. The 'e-Business in the DLO' CD has been released to some 400 senior managers across the DLO and to other key e-business partners around MOD and beyond and is now moving onto the internet for a wider audience.

We also worked to provide a total communications strategy for the Joint Personnel Administration (JPA) initiative, which was implemented by the Armed Forces Joint Personnel Administration Agency (APFAA) as well as developing a number of promotional interactive presentations for the Directorate of Information (Army).
