Digits have helped in the ongoing development of Magistrates case skills with the creation of a Macromedia Flash based training course, delivered over the internet.

The majority of Magistrates personal development is handled through mentoring. The current paper based training, whilst comprehensive was felt to lack some elements that may attract younger members of the public to this vital part of our justice system. Digits worked alongside Ashford Open Learning to create an interactive training course that would allow mentors to explore the sometime difficult aspects of mentoring and peer review.

After a successful period of piloting with the first module, full production of the course will begin in the New Year.
