Digits have successful won the contract to develop the next generation of roadside assistance tools for RAC patrols.

After a lengthy consultation and supplier appraisal, we are pleased to announce that Digits will be producing the latest version of software that all RAC patrols will use to diagnose faults and locate information whilst on the road.

We felt it was vital from the onset of this project that a group of patrols was invited to take part in a usability study and workshop in order to hear first hand the key features required to make this project a success. From this we were able to prototype the new system and gain valuable feedback before commencing on any application development. This is one of Digits key differentiators between itself and other software developers.
