Vaultex is a leading cash processer management company, processing cash for their shareholder banks and working closely with The Bank of England to ensure good quality cash is distributed and to limit forgery.
Previously, Vaultex delivered learning primarily through face-to-face workshops and with the business operating 24 hours a day, 6 days a week, a lot of employees were having to come to work to complete training on their days off or outside their shift patterns. Therefore, Vaultex were looking for a solution that allowed employees to do training at a time and place that worked with their schedules, whether early in the morning or in the middle of the night. Ultimately, this would ensure Vaultex were meeting all their essential compliance regulations.
