Challenge

Previously, Vocalink used a variety of different systems to deliver learning, using a mix of eLearning with more manual processes including spreadsheets.

Rather than using multiple methods to provide learning, Vocalink were looking for one platform to be the central hub of all their formal online learning. The system had to be easily accessible for learners and provide comprehensive reporting functionality, as well as having the ability to book courses.
