Kia Motors UK are a subsidiary of one of the leading automotive manufacturers in the world, selling over 80,000 vehicles in the UK, with 190 dealer networks and 4,000 employees.
Prior to implementing glo™ enterprise, Kia had an online website and an LMS, operated by 2 different companies to deliver their learning. This created problems with reporting, as well as already having issues with user-friendliness and the user-interface. Therefore, they were looking for one system to combine functionalities and allow both the dealer network and partners to easily access their online learning.
