"glo™ is very customisable meaning we can have our own branding and look, as well as being able to integrate with our other providers. Its intuitive and easy to use, not just for administrators but for users to access the learning, as well as managers doing reporting.

We’ve seen massive benefits – being able to prove very quickly to auditors, managers or individuals what they (learners) have been doing. We can monitor right across our management community who’s doing what and what they’ve still got to do.

We’ve seen a big take up – 4 times as many people accessing our eLearning and 9 times increase in the number of courses being accessed as a result of implementing glo™. The main benefit has also been easing the administration burden on the L&D team. “What we like about the visual learning journeys it how it looks and how we can track it. We’ve had a lot of positive feedback from our people about the interface, the way it looks and works, its really appealing and really brings it to life. 

We’ve seen a lot of process and productivity improvements since we launched visual learning journeys. We’ve got a much better handle on the process training we do and we’ve seen a reduction in the time it takes for someone to do their induction journey – it used to take 2 days classroom training, now it takes 8-9 hours.

A lot of people will offer you “off the shelf” but not what you need for your business – we’ve been able to get this from Digits and we’re seeing great results. Staff turnover is down and we’re seeing a correlation to the experience employees have when they first start in the business. “We challenged Digits to convert a full single day classroom course into an interactive suite of eLearning modules. We wanted these modules to be the flagship for our new online learning offering at Specsavers. It's safe to say they were a resounding success. 

Hearcare Essentials landed extremely well with our store colleagues and they engaged with the content and this drove them to complete further online learning on our LMS. This also saved our store Partners 90% on their previous training budget and improved the consistency of the learning. 

The benefit for our customers is that we now have more colleagues on the shop floor who are able to have great informed conversations about our hearcare offering. This has driven sales, awareness and also increased customer satisfaction in our stores.

“After looking at a lot of providers, Digits for us came out ‘on top’ by a long way. We wanted something that would develop and grow over time with the business. Not something we’d launch and would be out of date quickly.
