The glo™ learn LMS is included in the eLearning Industry list of top 20 learning management systems based on user experience

To transform learning and development in an organisation, L&D teams need to ensure that the LMS they have invested in is easy to use. Employees don’t want to be confused when using the LMS for their own learning or training purposes, and a user-friendly interface can reduce this confusion by making the system easy to understand and use.

At Digits, we are proud to say that glo™ learn LMS provides a superior user experience, as shown by our inclusion in the eLearning Industry list of top 20 learning management systems based on user experience.

The eLearning Industry top 20 LMS list has been created using a holistic approach and refers to input from actual LMS users. The order of appearance was based on the following metrics:

System Usability Score – the most widely used and validated metric for measuring ease of use

Perceived Usefulness – the degree to which a user considers that the LMS maximizes their work performance

Net Promoter Score – the metric that quantifies on a 1-10 scale how much users are likely to recommend the product

When focusing on reviews of glo™ learn LMS, eLearning Industry found that users strongly agreed with the statement ‘I felt very confident using it’ and users were also 92% likely to recommend the LMS to others.

Being included in this list of top 20 LMS’ based on user experience proves that Digits remains focused on putting the user experience first. Toby Gilchrist, head of implementation of services at Digits, says: “From roadmap developments to client requirements, user experience is at the heart of everything we do. To be included in the top 20 user experience is a rewarding accolade for our LMS.”
