The Customer Support Technician is the first line point for all glo™ learning management system support requests and all direct calls into Digits. It is a critical customer service role and plays a key part in providing an outstanding customer experience. As well as having a detailed knowledge of the features and operation of all variations of the glo™ learning management system, the role relies on being passionate about customer service and strong communication skills.
